Villa S sits within Heritage Villas Valriche, the residential estate at Bel Ombre on the south-west coast. Building inside an established estate means working to its design guidelines and approvals on top of the usual permits, and coordinating with neighbours who are already living there.
VIDA was appointed by the owners to represent them through the whole project: setting the budget and programme, running the tender, appointing Brian Construction as main contractor, and managing the build week by week on site.
The foundation raft was poured on programme, and structure and envelope have followed. Decisions on finishes are being brought to the owners in sequence through the client portal so that nothing on site waits for an answer.
