VVJ and VVL are two villas on the Valriche estate being built at the same time. Running them together lets the contractor share supervision, plant and deliveries, and lets the owners benefit from procurement across both.
The difficulty with parallel builds is keeping each owner's decisions and costs separate while the site runs as one. VIDA keeps two registers, two cost reports and two programmes, and one weekly site routine.
Both villas have progressed from foundations into structure on a common programme, with finishes decisions now being sequenced per villa.
