Project VVJ1 is a contemporary private villa within the Heritage Villas Valriche estate at Domaine de Bel Ombre, designed by Studio Linear Architects. The home is arranged over a basement and ground floor, with a swimming pool, landscaped terraces and stone-clad façades.
VIDA leads the project as project manager and engineer, coordinating the architect, structural and MEP engineers, quantity surveyor, main contractor and specialist suppliers from tender through to handover.
The basement and ground-floor structure is complete and the pool shell is cast. The roofs are now on, and the works move towards the envelope and finishes.
